Sylvester Stallone shares three daughters with his wife Jennifer Flavin.
Eldest daughter Sophia was born on August 27, 1996.
Younger sisters Sistine and Scarlet were born on June 27, 1998 and May 25, 2002, respectively.
Sylvester Stallone‘s name may be synonymous with super stardom thanks to Rocky, but as far as Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet are concerned, he’s simply “dad.” The actor shares his three daughters with his longtime wife Jennifer Flavin, whom he married in 1997. Though the former model filed for divorce in 2022, they reconciled one month later.
“They are amazing together when they are happy,” a source told People at the time. “Their friends can’t imagine them getting a divorce. It really seems they will be able to work things out though. Everyone is happy that they are giving their marriage a second chance.”

Stallone was previously married to actress Sasha Czack, with whom he had two sons, Sage and Seargeoh, born in 1976 and 1979, respectively. The Creed actor was 42 when he and Flavin met back in 1988, and had just turned 50 when the couple welcomed their first baby together in 1996.
“I make a much better father and husband now than I could have earlier…I sometimes think all men should wait till they’re 50 to settle down,” Stallone later told Woman’s Day, per People. “You figure out that it’s not your work and successes that count, but the kind of life you make for yourself and the people who know you.”

Nowadays, of course, Stallone has given fans a peek behind his tough guy exterior thanks to his reality TV show The Family Stallone. The docuseries was his daughters’ idea, and something he agreed to given the success of the Sophia and Sistine’s podcast, “Unwaxed.”
“Well I’ve always wanted someone to film me while I’m brushing my teeth,” he joked during an appearance on Today. “No, I thought it was a great idea in a way, because we have a very interesting synergy…I wouldn’t say neurotic, but eccentric.”
Ahead, here’s everything you should know about the legendary actor’s three daughters, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet, all of whom he (jokingly) hopes will “stay at home forever.”

Stallone and Flavin’s eldest daughter Sophia was born on August 27, 1996 in Miami, Florida. As a two-month-old, she underwent heart surgery to correct a congenital malformation of a heart valve.
In 2012, Flavin explained that out of her three children, Sophia is the most similar to her father. “Like him, she has read all of Shakespeare and is constantly learning,” the proud mom told Paris Match. “They are very close. They have the same way of thinking, moving, and the same facial expressions. Sly is crazy about Sophia; he would cut himself in half for her; she is the great love of his life!”
In 2019, the family of five celebrated Sophia’s graduation from the University of Southern California. “An absolutely amazing day for us all,” Stallone wrote on Instagram at the time. “So proud!!!!”

One year after graduation, Sophia launched “Unwaxed” with her little sister Sistine. Most recently, she announced her new role as a producer on Amazon’s Mindfuck TV show, thus following in her father’s footsteps—albeit behind the camera. Mindfuck is an adaptation of the romance-slash-thriller book series by S.T. Abby.
“This still doesn’t feel real,” Sophia gushed when the news broke. “All I want to be is a voice for the readers, fans, and the author. This has been years in the work and I can’t wait to have you joined me on this journey.”

Sophia became a big sister with the arrival of Sistine on June 27, 1998. She was born in Los Angeles, California and eventually followed in her mom’s footsteps by signing with a modeling agency when she was just 18 years old. That same year, she was crowned a “fresh face to watch” by Vogue.
As a child, Sistine was “the most fashion conscious,” according to Flavin, who said as much in an interview with Paris Match, so her modeling career perhaps came as no surprise to her family. Her runway career began with Chanel’s Métiers d’Art show in 2016 and has blossomed since then. “Sistine, she’ll just ram it, full steam ahead and consequence be damned,” Stallone once said of his middle daughter. “And hopefully it’ll turn out.”
Simultaneously, Sistine has tried her hand at her dad’s profession with acting roles in projects like 47 Meters Down: Uncaged and Midnight in the Switchgrass. The latter film also starred Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who met on set and went public with their relationship two months later (they’ve since welcomed a daughter and called it quits).

Stallone and Flavin’s third daughter Scarlet was born on May 25, 2002 in Los Angeles. Like her two older sisters, her middle name is Rose. She grew up running track and even won her high school division’s track and field competition back in 2016, earning her the nickname “The Flash.” The following year, Scarlet, Sistine, and Sophia were each named Miss Golden Globe for the 2017 awards ceremony.
In 2021, Scarlet graduated from high school; three years later, she made her runway debut at New York Fashion Week for Tommy Hilfiger. “last night was so much fun & i couldn’t be more grateful, thank you,” the newly minted model wrote on Instagram. As for Stallone? He was a “very proud father.“
Apart from The Family Stallone, Scarlet has also spent some time in front of the camera on the TV series Tulsa King, a crime drama starring her dad as a Mafia boss. She has played a barista named Spencer since the show’s premiere in 2022.
