A scheduled set by Israeli EDM project Skazi at Belgium’s Tomorrowland music festival has been canceled after organizers claimed there were “security considerations.”

According to Belgian media reports, the festival was under considerable pressure from anti-Israel groups. Initially, the organizers chose not to cancel the performance but said there was a ban on waving Israeli flags.

Israeli trance duo Vini Vici performed at the festival last week and was received with cheers and flag waving. The decision to ban Israeli flags, therefore, was likely taken this week ahead of the DJ’s scheduled set.

This was to be Skazi’s 14th year at the festival. “Zkazi’s mission was and will remain to unify people through the power of music,” representatives for the Israeli artist said. “A huge thanks for the support and love being sent. We will see you very soon in the world’s biggest arenas where we will spread love.”
