‘Israel is an independent state, our security policy is in our hands’

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the beginning of the government meeting that “In the past month, we have witnessed ridiculous claims regarding the relations between the U.S. and Israel. Israel is an independent state – our security policy is in our own hands. We have clarified with respect to international forces that Israel will determine which forces are not acceptable to us.” According to him, “We are not willing to tolerate attacks against us, and we thwart emerging dangers. We do not ask anyone’s permission for this.”
