President Isaac Herzog presented the 2024 Excellence Award to 14 Shin Bet employees in a ceremony held at the President’s Residence, attended by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Shin Bet chief David Barnea. Among the recipients were department and division heads, as well as additional employees from various units who received the award for their field and intelligence work. Some contributed to counter-terrorism operations while others assisted in hostage rescue missions.
