EMERGENCY services are the scene of a two-vehicle collision on the N69 this Tuesday afternoon.

It occurred near the turn-off for Askeaton at around 2pm.

Gardai, Limerick Fire and Rescue Service and paramedics with the National Ambulance Service have all responded.

It is not known, at this time, if occupants of the vehicles suffered serious injuries.

There are long traffic delays in the area.
