Police, YASAM counter-terrorism unit and Border Police forces arrested a Bethlehem resident who was released a few months ago as part of the hostage deal, on suspicion of returning to making explosive devices and planning an attack at Rachel’s Tomb. He was arrested about a year ago after being caught with 25 explosive devices, and is now accused of renewed involvement in terrorist activity. The forces raided his home and arrested him for questioning at the crime-fighting unit in the Judea district of the Shai police division.
