A missing Wexford man believed to have travelled to Arranmore Island last week has been found safe and well.

The man, who is in his late 50s, was last seen at his home in New Ross on Monday.

However, Gardaí have confirmed this morning he has been located safe and well and thanked the media and members of the public for their assistance.
