Lily Allen nearly bared it all for her first red carpet appearance since the surprise release of her latest album, West End Girl. Attending the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards in a barely-there bra and sheer skirt, she provided a masterclass in post-breakup dressing.
Allen selected a look from Colleen Allen’s spring 2026 collection. Featuring a lace-trimmed top that bared tons of underboob, the singer paired it with a matching satin slit maxi and a robe, which she wore draped around her shoulders.

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that the “Smile” artist would be separating from her husband of nearly five years, Stranger Things star David Harbour. Lily’s new LP, and specifically the track “Madeline,” implies that the actor had an affair.

Her Halloween costume even referenced the viral song: Lily dressed up as the iconic children’s book character Madeline, complete with a little blue coat, a straw bowler hat, and a sharp red bob.
Madeline was created by author Ludwig Bemelmans (Bemelmans Bar, anyone?) in the 1930s. The titular character lives in a Parisian orphanage run by nuns.
Back in March, Lily appeared on the “Miss Me?” podcast, where she told co-host Miquita Oliver about her recent boob job.

“I just got some additions to the family,” Allen said, per People. “I don’t know if you’ve noticed.”
To this, Oliver said it was impossible not to miss the change in appearance, because Allen “pulled [her] fucking top off a month ago and showed them [off] quite starkly.”
Oliver’s verdict? “Absolutely incredible,” she said.
