President Donald Trump’s approval rating just hit the lowest number of his second term, according to a new CNN poll released Monday.

The CNN poll, conducted by SSRS, found that Trump’s approval rating sank to 37%, marking the lowest point in CNN polling of his second term. His disapproval rating also reached 63%, the highest of either of his terms.

His approval rating dropped five percentage points in Monday’s poll since it was last conducted in July, when Trump received a 42% approval rating and a 58% disapproval rating.

Overall, the poll found that Americans are largely dissatisfied with the state of the country, the economy and how Trump is handling top issues for voters. The poll showed 68% of Americans believe things in the U.S. are going badly, 72% said the economy is in bad shape, and 61% said Trump’s policies have worsened economic conditions.

Here’s how Americans view Trump’s handling of other top issues:

Foreign policy: 56% believe Trump’s policies hurt America’s standing in the world, while 31% believe they helped. Power of the presidency: 61% believe Trump has gone “too far” in using the power of the executive branch. Another 31% said Trump has been “about right” and 9% said he hasn’t gone “far enough.” Deportation: 57% believe Trump has gone “too far” in deporting immigrants living in the U.S. illegally. Another 28% said Trump has been “about right” and 15% said he hasn’t gone “far enough.”

Besides presidential approval, the poll also showed some dissatisfaction with Congress.

According to the results, 55% of Americans say Republicans in Congress are doing “too much” to support Trump. Republicans and GOP-leaning independents were more satisfied with Congress, with 63% saying that their party was doing the “right amount” to support Trump and 22% saying their party was doing “too little.”

Meanwhile, 40% of Americans believe Democrats in Congress are doing “too little” to oppose Trump, including 69% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents.

The poll was conducted among 1,245 adults from Oct. 27 to 30. The results have a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points among the entire sample.
