Just days after selling their long-held Cremorne home for about $23 million, TV journalist Lisa Wilkinson and Wallaby-turned-author husband Peter FitzSimons have emerged as the buyers of a harbour-view penthouse in neighbouring Mosman, which crowns a boutique block known locally as The Castle.
While the exact sale price will be revealed at settlement later this year, local sources have tipped that a deal was quietly inked for an undisclosed sum within the $15 million to $16.5 million price guide.
