Tributes have been paid following the death of a well-known local hotelier, who has been described as someone with a ‘great approach to life.’
Tom Grealy of the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon died peacefully yesterday.
His death occurred in the devoted care of the staff at Drumderring Nursing Home in Boyle.
The hotelier had also been the former president of the Golf Union of Ireland.

Tom Grealy will be reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon tomorrow evening from 5pm to 7pm.
Removal from his home will take place on Tuesday morning at 10:30am, arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am.
He will be buried afterwards in St. Coman’s Cemetery.
Family flowers only and house strictly private please.
