Two years after the sod was officially turned on what was then described as “one of the biggest civil projects in the country”, the ribbon was officially cut on a €230 million, state of the art customs and border control complex at Rosslare Europort.

Consisting of 34 new buildings and including the replacement of temporary infrastructure and processing facilities which have been in place since new regulations came into effect with Brexit, the new complex aims to “enhance driver welfare and streamline access and exit points for passenger and freight ferries”.
