Three neighbours have appeared in court accused of arming themselves with a sledgehammer, hurley and a steel bar during a vicious street brawl inside a midlands housing estate.
Adrian Payne (57), James Keenan (52) and Peter Keenan (25), all of Alverno Drive, Willow Park, Athlone, Westmeath were charged with violent disorder and the production of weapons “capable of inflicting serious injury” following an incident on May 11, 2024.
