Former hostage Nimrod Cohen spoke at a rally for the return of hostages and fallen soldiers in Tel Aviv Square, emphasizing that “there are still five hostages in Hamas captivity.” He noted that “I have no doubt that Hamas knows where they are, and simply enjoys this sick game they’re playing. Every day that passes is another day one of them could disappear forever, there’s no time! I call from here to the decision-makers – just as I returned and as my team returned – everyone needs to return.” He further shared that “when I was there in that hell in Gaza, in the tunnels, they constantly told us that the people of Israel had given up on us. That no one was going out to protest and fight for us. On the day we returned home – I understood it was all lies.”
