Gondar Hatem Azzam will be appointed Deputy Commissioner of the Israel Prison Service. This was announced by the Israel Prison Service, which noted that “National Security Minister MK Itamar Ben Gvir accepted the recommendation of Israel Prison Service Commissioner Chief Warden Kobi Yacobi to appoint Gondar Azzam as Deputy Commissioner of the Israel Prison Service. Throughout his service, Azzam has held various command and management positions, including heading both security and criminal prisons. In his most recent role, he served as head of the Technology and Logistics Division and led to a significant advancement in these areas in the Israel Prison Service.”
