Three weeks from now, Israel and Lebanon will mark one year since the signing of a cease-fire agreement between the Israeli government and Hezbollah. The good news is that the agreement is still in effect, at least on paper; neither side has officially renounced it. The bad news is that within days, it could collapse – and some would argue that even now, it is nothing more than a dead letter.
