A 29-year-old man has turned himself into police after he was suspected in the shooting death of a Woodbridge man, said Toronto police.Â
On the evening of Sept. 24, police say three suspects got into a physical confrontation with Yueyuan Dong, 42, at a Scarborough establishment near Sheppard Avenue E. and Brimley Road, said Toronto police in a news release.
Dong was shot in the altercation and succumbed to his injuries in October, said police.Â
A 29-year-old Toronto man, one of three suspects in the case, turned himself into police on Sunday. Police said he has been charged with second-degree murder.
The remaining two suspects, a 29-year-old man from Markham and a 28-year-old man from Brampton, are still outstanding, said police.
