Supreme Court justices once again asked the representative of Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, Ran Rosenberg, to answer questions regarding her decision to appoint the State Attorney in her place to investigate the former Chief Military Prosecutor. He said that “according to all rules concerning the question of conflict of interest, in the State of Israel it is not the ministers who decide,” and Justice Willner stopped him: “We are not there.” Attorney Rosenberg replied: “This is part of our argument.” Later, Justice Gila Canfi Steinitz said, “You prevented the consultation with the State Commissioner. You prohibited it from taking place.” Attorney Rosenberg: “The Commissioner would not have thought differently.”
