The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash in Murrumba Downs last night,15 November.
Initial investigations indicate, around 11.19pm, a black Honda motorbike and white Hyundai i30 were travelling northbound on the Bruce Highway just prior to Brays Road overpass, when the two vehicles collided.
The motorcyclist, a 20-year-old Burpengary East man, was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver, a woman in her 20s, was not injured.
Investigators are appealing to anyone with relevant dashcam vision leading up to the crash to contact police.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash, including whether speed was a factor, are continuing.
