Regional police say they believe on person was injured in a shooting between two vehicles early Sunday morning, but that individual has yet to be found.
Police responded to the area of Bridgeport Road East and Weber Street North around 1:50 a.m. Sunday morning after receiving multiple reports of gunshots in the area.
An initial investigation determined a shooting had occurred between the occupants of two vehicles. Police believe one person was injured but they are continuing to search for the individual.
SHOOTING INVESTIGATION
There is an increased police presence in the areas of Bridgeport Road at Weber Street and Noecker Street Waterloo.
Police are responding to multiple reports of gunshots heard in the area and the investigation has confirmed that shots were fired.

The roads in the area were closed for several hours, but have since been re-opened.
Police say they will continue to have a presence in the area to conduct their investigation.
