The Common Stove on OpenTable’s list of restaurants that have ‘bold flavours and innovative talent shaping Canada’s culinary future’
Two restaurants in Simcoe County, including one in Orillia, have made OpenTable’s list of the Top 100 Restaurants in Canada for 2025.
The Common Stove in Orillia is on the list, which was compiled based on an analysis of more than one million diner reviews, as well as diner ratings, demand for reservations, and the percentage of five-star reviews.
Also making the list was Collingwood’s Tremont Cafe.
“This year’s Top 100 list isn’t just a celebration of excellence; it’s a showcase of Canada’s ever-evolving dining scene,” Matt Davis, senior country director with OpenTable Canada, said in a news release. “With a wave of exciting new restaurants joining the list and OpenTable, mixed with unforgettable favourites, we’re thrilled to spotlight the bold flavours and innovative talent shaping Canada’s culinary future.”
