A 21-year-old man has been sentenced to seven years in prison, with the final year suspended, for his role in an attack that left Alanna Quinn Idris blind in one eye.
Jack Cummins, of Rossmore Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin pleaded guilty to procuring the commission of assault causing serious harm after Ms Quinn Idris was struck in the face with the saddle of an electric scooter on Ballyfermot Road in December 2021.
Two other men have been sentenced, and a fourth remains unidentified.
