Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant who’s known to frequent the Guelph area.
56-year-old Heather Bell is wanted for breaching her statutory release and is serving nearly five years for three counts of possession of a schedule one or two substance for the purpose of trafficking and weapons-related charges.
Bell is described as an Indigenous woman, standing at about 6-feet-tall, 212 lbs., with black hair and hazel eyes.
She has several identifying tattoos, including the word ‘Believe’ on the left side of her neck, the letter ‘B’ with a crown on top on her right hand, and a backwards dollar sign on her left hand.
Bell is known to frequent Hamilton, Kingston, Peterborough, and the Guelph area.
