‘Remains of hostages must be returned immediately’

UN humanitarian coordinator Ramiz Alakbarov said during a Security Council discussion that “the remains of three hostages must be returned immediately.” Alakbarov then moved on to the humanitarian situation in Gaza, saying, “I met with families of missing people in Gaza. They are buried under the rubble. Everything must be done to identify them, they too deserve closure.”
