SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) — Police are investigating a shooting that injured two people at the Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara Friday evening.
San Jose police say the two victims were located inside the mall and have been transported to a local hospital with gunshot wounds.
Police say the shooting appears to be an isolated incident and is not an active shooter situation.

The public is asked to avoid the area while authorities investigate the situation.
