Hamilton Police Service is currently assisting the Toronto Police Service with the search of a missing person. Investigators from the Hamilton and Toronto Police Service will be in the area of Old Guelph Road and the public will notice an increase in police presence. Police in the area will be utilizing a drone to assist with the search of the missing person.
The Toronto Police Service and Hamilton Police Service are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the missing person.
Charlotte Jeffrey, 26-years-old, is described as:
–      5’4’’ tall;
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Slim build;
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Dark curly / wavy hair;
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Nose piercing;
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Has several tattoos.
Charlotte was wearing a black leather jacket, dark green hoodie with “pup”, grey pants, and black Doc Marten boots.

The investigation has revealed that Charlotte was seen in the Brant Street and Fairview Street area, in Burlington, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m.
Police are concerned for Charlotte’s safety.
