West Nipissing – French River, Ont. (049810)
Espanola – Killarney, Ont. (049920)
Blind River – Thessalon, Ont. (049910)

Impact Level: Moderate

Forecast Confidence: High

Snow squalls intensifying this evening.

What:

Local snowfall amounts of 20 to 40 cm for most regions.

Local snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm for Blind River – Thessalon.

Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow.

When:

Tonight through Tuesday morning for West Nipissing – French River, and Espanola – Killarney.

Tonight for Blind River – Thessalon.

Additional information:

Snow squalls off Georgian Bay will impact the area. Higher snowfall amounts are possible if snow squalls remain stationary. Snow squalls are expected to weaken Tuesday morning into Tuesday afternoon depending on location.

Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Road closures are possible.
