Spotify Wrapped 2025 is officially live for millions of subscribers. From classics like Top Songs and Top Artists to new additions like Listening Age and the Fan Leaderboard, keep reading to learn everything you need to know about this year’s edition, including how to access it.
The annual music recap, which rolls out at the end of each year, offers Spotify users a comprehensive look into their top artists, songs, listening habits and more. Spotify teased that the 2025 version is “more dynamic, personal and unmistakably you than ever before,” bringing back fan-favorite features, adding stories fans have been asking for and introducing new ways to share your stats.

The music streaming platform hasn’t shared the exact dates when it begins and ends collecting data for Spotify Wrapped. However, interviews with executives and hints from the company suggest that Spotify likely begins collecting data sometime in January and concludes in November, shortly after Oct. 31.
Spotify Wrapped dropped on Wednesday, Dec. 3, and is now available on the platform. Users must have streamed at least 30 songs for more than 30 seconds each and listened to at least five different artists this year to receive the experience, according to Spotify.
How To Get Your Spotify Wrapped 2025
To access Spotify Wrapped 2025, navigate to Spotify’s mobile app, whether on iOS or Android, and make sure your app is up-to-date with the latest software. Then, look for the Wrapped feed at the top of your Home screen. You can also find it by searching 2025 Wrapped” in the search bar.
Why Is My Spotify Wrapped 2025 Not Showing Up?
If your Spotify Wrapped 2025 isn’t showing up, your app may be out of date. To update Spotify on an iPhone, open the App Store, tap your Apple ID image at the top, find Spotify, and tap update. If Spotify isn’t listed, your app is already on the latest version.
Android users should follow the same steps in the Google Play Store. Desktop users will see a blue dot next to their profile picture at the top if an update is available. If you’re still having trouble, check out Spotify’s support page.
What’s Returning For Spotify Wrapped 2025?

There are several returning features users will be pleased to see again in 2025’s Spotify Wrapped. This includes your Top Songs (and an accompanying playlist), Top Artists, Top Genres, Top Podcasts and a special Thank-You Message from one of your Top Artists. You’ll also see your Minutes Listened, aka the total time you spent listening across music, podcasts, and audiobooks.

After last year introduced new controversial AI features, Spotify is continuing to use artificial intelligence to fuel some of its interactive experiences, including a Listening Archive, which gives fans “personalized snapshots of your most memorable streaming day” by delivering “up to five unique reports based on your daily listening,” according to Spotify.
Other new features in 2025 include Listening Age, a story that compares your musical tastes to others in your age group, and Top Song Quiz, where you can guess which track “soundtracked” your year with an interactive game. There’s also Top Albums, Top Audiobook Genre, and, for the first time, messages from authors and podcasters in Your Author and Podcast Clips.
Other new features include Top Artist Sprint, a visual story that shows how your top five artists change in your personal rankings every month. The Fan Leaderboard highlights your rankings among your top artists’ listeners worldwide, while Clubs is a new story that honors the streaming habits that defined 2025. Users will be sorted into one of six Clubs, each representing a unique listening style, and will see their role in that community, per Spotify.

Bad Bunny is Spotify Wrapped’s 2025 Top Artist globally after previously earning the title in 2020, 2021 and 2022. The Puerto Rican rapper and singer, who is performing at the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show, accumulated 19.8 billion streams in 2025, according to Spotify.
Taylor Swift took second place (first in the U.S.), followed by The Weeknd, Drake, and Billie Eilish. Check out the full ranking for Top Artists below.

As for the top song globally, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ worldwide hit “Die With a Smile” landed in the No. 1 spot with more than 1.7 billion streams. Billie Eilish’s “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” was No. 2 (after claiming the No. 3 spot in 2024), while ROSÉ and Bruno Mars rounded out the top three with “APT.” Here are all the songs that made Spotify’s top 10.
