Regional police are investigating after a pair of youths flashed handguns to rob a pair of scooters at Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener.
According to Waterloo regional police, the incident happened on Thursday at around 7:50 p.m. Two youths were parking their electric scooters outside the mall when they were approached by another pair of youths.
The suspects brandished handguns and stole the scooters in what police believe was a targeted incident.
There were no injuries reported in the incident.
