Extensive searches are underway in the Mediterranean Sea for a yacht that left Ashdod with four people onboard – contact with it was lost not far from Cyprus. Cypriot, Greek and Israeli forces are participating in the search for the yacht that has not yet been located – during an evening of storms, high waves and heavy rain over the sea, as part of Storm “Byron” that is approaching Israel after previously hitting Cyprus and Greece.
