A man died early Friday morning after he was stuck in mud at a boat ramp south of Brisbane.
Emergency services were called to the Waterford boat ramp at Albert Street following reports a man had become stuck in mud about 12.30am.
Police said once the 34-year-old from Tanah Merah was freed, he was taken to shore, where paramedics provided him with medical assistance.

He was rushed in a critical condition to Logan Hospital, where he later died.
It was believed the man suffered a medical episode. Police investigations were continuing.
