The changes include improved access and improved visibility for traffic as well as modifications to the car parking arrangements.
A report from borough planning manager Gavin Prescott said that “construction of the development has been ongoing for a number of years” and “changes proposed under this application have already been implemented”.
He added: “Members are recommended to approve this application, detailed assessment of which finds the proposed amendments to be acceptable.”
