Hawthorn has made one change for its Friday night clash with the Adelaide Crows at Adelaide Oval.

Following two weeks off with a groin injury, Mabior Chol will make his return to the team in place of Bailey Macdonald, who has been omitted for the Round 21 game.

Hawthorn Executive General Manager Rob McCartney welcomed Chol back into the side.

“It’s a wonderful inclusion to have Mabior return to the AFL team after a couple of weeks out with an injury,” McCartney said.

“His season this year has definitely been a step-up on a pretty consistent season the year before. 

“We’re excited to see what he and the other tall forwards can bring at Adelaide Oval on Friday.”Â
