Photos taken at the Mill Lane site show several piles of brown waste lining a field with what appears to be a much larger waste pile behind a green container.
The EA spokesperson has urged anyone who suspects waste crime to contact its 24/7 incident hotline or to report it anonymously to Crimestoppers.
They added: “Illegal waste crime scars our communities and is something we’re committed to tackling in Worcestershire, together with local councils and the police.”
