He faces four charges including possession of the Class A drug cocaine on 3 December 2023 with intent to supply, possession of criminal property (namely money) on the same date, attempting to supply cocaine between 1 and 4 December 2023, and being concerned in the supply of cocaine between the same dates.
Ms Stevenson, who has an address at Faulkner Heights, Bangor, County Down, faced two charges, possession of cocaine with intent to supply on 3 December 2023, and possession of the Class C drug Bromazolam on the same date.
She was granted bail.
Both defendants will appear before the court again on 29 January for arraignment.
Ms Stevenson covered her face as she left the courthouse.
In previous court proceedings, a total of five people were charged in connection with the death of Mr Kelly.
Mr Scullion, along with 33-year-old Shane Harte, of Garland Avenue, Lurgan, have both denied murder.
Ms Stevenson along with Stephanie McClelland, 38, of Lagmore Grove, Lisburn, are accused of assisting an offender.
Crystal Angela Redden, of Garland Avenue in Lurgan, is charged with perverting the course of justice by making a false statement.
Mr Kelly’s body was found beaten and burned beside a car on 3 December 2023.
A postmortem report found the young victim had been struck to the back of the head with a hammer and he suffered a further injury caused by a machete.
