Project Bullpen Dismantles Local Drug Trafficking Network in Sarnia

The Sarnia Police Major Case Action Team (MCAT) with support from the Intelligence Bureau and the Criminal Intelligence Service of Ontario (CISO) have concluded a multi-month investigation dubbed Project Bullpen, which targeted individuals trafficking cocaine within the city of Sarnia.
On Tuesday, December 16th 2025 during the early morning hours, search warrants were executed simultaneously at residences tied to this investigation. This included residences located:
A Kenwick building apartment
A George Street residence
A Coventry Ave residence
A Michigan Ave residence
A St Clair Parkway residence
A Murray Street residence in Corunna

Planning and coordination for these warrant executions required significant resources, including support from neighbouring police agencies. Sarnia Police ERT and K9 teams were joined by ERT teams from Chatham-Kent Police Service, St. Thomas Police Service and the Windsor Police Service. The search warrant on Murray Street in Coruna was executed with the assistance of OPP ERT and their Street Crime Unit.
· Throughout the investigation, police seized the following:
3419.80 grams of cocaine (ranging from 94% to 98% in purity)
$6315 in cash
Drug packaging
Cellphones Scales
Ammunition
7 Firearms
Savage Axis – Calibre 22-250
Marlin – Model XT – .22 calibre
Savage – Model 11 – 243 WIN calibre
Savage Model 64 – .22 calibre
Remington – Model 700 – 270 WIN calibre
Savage Axis – 223 calibre
Winchester – Super X Pump – 12 gauge
Estimated street value of the seized cocaine is: $410,376


In total, 7 people were arrested and charged. Collectively, the group faces 37 charges.
Donovan Duane Vance BRESSETTE, 31 years old of Kettle and Stoney Point was held for bail, charged with the following:
Trafficking in a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine)
Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.00
Following his bail hearing, BRESSETTE was remanded into custody by the court.
Shane Stuart Anthony BROWN, 45 years old of Coventry Avenue, Sarnia, was held for bail, charged with the following:
Trafficking in a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine)
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.00
Following his bail hearing, BROWN was remanded into custody by the court.
Heather Marie KRASINKIEWICZ, 35 years old of Murray Street in Corunna, was released on an undertaking charged with the following:
Unauthorized possession of a firearm (7 counts)
Unsafe storage of a firearm
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00
Joseph Perry MANESS, 31 years old of No Fixed Address, was held for bail charged with the following:
Trafficking in a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine) (2 Counts)
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.00 (2 Counts).
Following his bail hearing, MANESS was remanded into custody by the court.
Kailyn MARACLE, 28 years old of Devine Street in Sarnia, was released on an undertaking charged with the following:
Trafficking in a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine) (2 Counts)
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00 (2 Counts)
Nicole Amber WARNER, 38 years old of George Street in Sarnia, was held for bail, charged with the following:
Trafficking in a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine) (6 Counts)
Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00 (2 Counts)
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.00 (4 Counts)
Following her bail hearing, WARNER was remanded into custody by the court.
Jordan David WILLIAMS, 27 years old of George Street in Sarnia, was held for bail, charged with the following:
Trafficking in a Schedule 1 Substance (Cocaine)
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00
Following his bail hearing, WILLIAMS was released by the court with conditions.
