More photographs have been released from the estate of paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein
A disturbing screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation appearing to quote ‘$1,000 per girl’ has emerged in the latest batch of photos from Epstein’s estate.
Democrats on the US House Oversight Committee unsealed 68 photographs taken from the estate of financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on Thursday. The full release of the files is scheduled for Friday , ahead of the full release of the files on Friday.
The pictures – many heavily redacted – feature shots of travel documents and passports, famous faces, and handwritten notes scribbled on various body parts, as well as Epstein on board a private jet. One particularly alarming photograph shows a WhatsApp exchange where two people discuss recruiting a young woman.

The WhatsApp screenshots found in Epstein’s possession mention a fee of ‘$1,000 per girl’
The screenshot reads: “I don’t know try to send someone else.
“I have a friend scout she sent me some girls today. But she asks 1000$ per girl. I will send u girls now. Maybe someone will be good for J?”
Further messages offered details about the young woman, which were redacted upon release. Part of the messages suggest that she was 18 years old and had travelled from Russia. The identities of both the sender and recipient remain unclear, as does the precise timing of the messages.

A separate photo meanwhile shows Epstein surrounded by three women, including one that appears to be massaging him. Microsoft founder Bill Gates is seen with two women in other images, though he does not appear alongside Epstein.
In a previous interview with CNN, Gates confirmed he had “several dinners” with Epstein about a philanthropy project. However, the project did not go ahead in the end, and their business relationship ended and there is no suggestion of any wrongdoing.
The rest of the ‘Epstein files’ are expected to be released on Friday
Gates previously said he made “a huge mistake” by spending time with Epstein. American magician David Blaine and filmmaker Woody Allen also appear in one of the images in a room with Epstein. Again, there is no suggestion of any wrongdoing.
In another image, a line from the controversial novel Lolita appears written on various parts of a woman’s body, including her chest, back, neck and foot. The 1955 novel, by Vladimir Nabokov, details a middle-aged man’s obsession with a 12-year-old girl.
One message, written on a woman’s foot, reads: “she was Lo, plain Lo, in the morning, standing four feet ten in one sock”, with the book visible in the background.
The photos are among more than 95,000 that the US House Oversight Committee received after issuing a court order for the photos that Epstein had in his possession before he died in a New York prison cell in 2019.
