U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a statement to the press that he is “confident that many countries will take part in the international stabilization force in Gaza.” According to him, “All the countries we are discussing with about sending troops to Gaza want to know what the missions will be. We must provide them with answers. We are trying to move forward. The next phase will be to announce the Peace Council, then we will announce the international force.”
