LRZ STARTS AT FULL BACK FOR BIG GAME 17 AT ALLIANZ STADIUM
Louis Rees-Zammit is named at full back for Bristol Bears Gallagher PREM round seven clash with Harlequins at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on Saturday (6pm KO, live on TNT Sports).
The Welsh speedster joins Kalaveti Ravouvou and Academy wing Aidan Boshoff in the back three for Big Game 17, with the half backs and midfield unchanged from the side that thrashed Top 14 high-flyers Pau in the Investec Champions Cup last weekend.
In the pack, Santiago Grondona comes in at openside with Joe Owen and skipper Fitz Harding continuing either side of him in the back row, while among the replacements, there’s a long-awaited return for scrum half Harry Randall, who could make his 149th appearance for the club from the bench having recovered from a hamstring injury sustained in the round one victory over Leicester Tigers.
Elsewhere, versatile Academy forward George Taylor could make his Gallagher PREM debut for the club, with Academy fly half Sam Worsley also named among the replacements.
