A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after reports of a stabbing in Birmingham.
Police were called to an address in Swanage Road, Small Heath, shortly after 18:40 GMT on Saturday.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “Tragically, nothing could be done to save the man and he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.”
The 28-year-old man who was arrested remains in custody, while a cordon is in place in the road. Police added the investigation was in its early stages and have appealed for information.
