RSABI is delighted to announce United Auctions as Silver Sponsor of The Farmers’ Choir’s special fundraising performance in Aviemore early next year.

The event, which will take place at the Macdonald Aviemore Resort on Saturday 28 February 2026, will raise vital funds for Scottish agricultural charity RSABI, while also supporting the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs (SAYFC), with 50% of net ticket sales going towards the Big Build – the campaign to create a new permanent centre for Scotland’s Young Farmers at the Royal Highland Showground.

United Auctions is a longstanding supporter of RSABI and a valued corporate partner of the charity, with a strong history of backing RSABI’s initiatives that support people working across Scottish agriculture.

The headline sponsor of the event is Highland Industrial Supplies (HIS) and the addition of United Auctions as silver sponsor adds further much-appreciated support to what promises be a memorable evening of music and laughter, raising funds and awareness for organisations that play a vital role in supporting Scotland’s farming communities.

Hosted by Perthshire farmer and comedian Jim Smith, the concert will bring together over 80 choir members from across rural Scotland for an uplifting evening of community spirit and connection. The choir performance will feature a range of well-known cover songs, guaranteed to entertain and lift spirits while raising awareness of RSABI’s work to support people in Scottish agriculture.

Pauline Macmillan, RSABI Head of Fundraising, expressed her heartfelt thanks to Silver event sponsors United Auctions: “We wouldn’t be able to put on this event without the generosity of our sponsors and we’re incredibly grateful to United Auctions for coming on board as Silver Sponsor of this event. Their long-standing support of RSABI, both as a corporate partner and through events like this, makes a real difference to the people we support across Scotland.
“Tickets are selling fast now and we’re very much looking forward to an uplifting evening of music and laughter while sharing our important message to #KeepTalking and look out for each other at what is a particularly challenging time of year for many in the farming community.

“Our thanks also to The Farmers’ Choir and our #KeepTalking ambassador, Jim Smith for once again lending their incredible energy and talent to support RSABI.”

Donald Young, Managing Director of United Auctions said: “We’re proud to support RSABI and stand with the Farmers’ Choir as event sponsors and are very much looking forward to the evening. United Auctions are firm supporters of this very worthy organisation and will continue to support their excellent work going forward.”

The Farmers’ Choir, formed in 2013, has grown into a much-loved part of Scotland’s rural scene, performing at major agricultural events and concerts across the country. The Aviemore performance will continue the choir’s efforts of supporting good causes within the farming community.

The Farmers’ Choir Aviemore concert takes place on Saturday 28th February 2026 at the Macdonald Aviemore Resort, starting at 7:30pm.
