A man who died in a suspected hit-and-run incident on a village road was a “loving, caring” son and brother, his family has said.
Matthew Pring, 23, from Yarnton, Oxfordshire, was found seriously injured in the middle of the road outside The White Horse pub in Bladon shortly before 03:00 GMT on Saturday, police previously said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 65-year-old man from Stroud, Gloucestershire, who was arrested on Saturday afternoon on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and failing to stop, has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
