The Lions Gate Bridge was temporarily closed in both directions Tuesday morning due to a police incident.
After closing the bridge around 7:30 a.m., the West Vancouver Police Department announced the bridge had reopened around 8:10 a.m.
Police thanked members of the public for for their patience and cooperation.
Drivers can still expect congestion and are advised to take the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge between Vancouver and North Vancouver.
