The US Department of Justice released a new batch of documents from the Epstein files overnight, including court records, footage and images.
One of the documents released is a postcard that appears to be sent by convicted paedophile Epstein.

In it, he tells the recipient: “Our president also shares our love of young, nubile girls.
“When a young beauty walked by, he loved to ‘grab snatch’.”

The postcard is signed off with: “Life is unfair. Yours J.Epstein.”
The name of the recipient of the postcard has been redacted, and the context is unclear.
It is also not clear who “our president” refers to.
There is no date on the postcard.
Elsewhere in the files released overnight, an email revealed US president Donald Trump was listed as a passenger on eight flights on Epstein’s private jet.
Another email contained a reference to a summer camp at Balmoral, one of the royal family’s residences in Scotland.
The email, from “Invisible Man” to Ghislaine Maxwell, speaks about girls being “completely shattered” at the camp.

The sender of the email signs off as “A”.
The context of the email is unclear and it is not yet known who sent it in. There is no suggestion of any wrongdoing.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has denied any allegations against him.
The US government was forced to publish the files by bipartisan legislation, but it has failed to release all documents yet and has only made heavily redacted versions available.
Epstein died in a New York jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges.
