Cloonfert, Ballyheane, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, peacefully in his sleep on St. Stephen’s Day, in the excellent care of the staff of Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Ellen, brothers Liam, John and Tommie, sisters Bebe, Chris and Mary.
Fondly remembered and dearly missed by his nephews and nieces, sister-in-law Teresa, extended family, his very kind neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

Martin will repose at Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar on Monday 29th December 2025 from 6.30pm with prayers at 8.00pm.
The Funeral will arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Tuesday 30th December at 9.45am, for Funeral Mass at 10.00am. After Mass Martin will be laid to rest with his parents in the Old Cemetery, Castlebar.
The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on www.churchtv.ie/castlebar or it can be listened to in Castlebar on the Castlebar Parish Radio 105.3fm.
