Israel’s Consul in New York Ofir Akunis said that “anyone who cooperates with Hamas’s lies is cooperating with a terrorist organization.” At the launch of the Israeli consulate’s digital campaign on aid efforts in Gaza, he added that “Hamas uses staged photos and cynically exploits small children suffering from unrelated diseases, presenting them as if they are starving to death. Anyone who cooperates with Hamas’s lies is effectively cooperating with a terrorist organization.”
