Cal Fire CZU announced firefighters recovered a body from a beach in Santa Cruz County Saturday afternoon.
The body was recovered from a beach south of Davenport, according to Cal Fire CZU. Authorities said crews used a rope system to bring the body from the beach to the bluffs.
Officials have not released more information regarding this incident.
