A woman reported missing in Ebb and Flow First Nation on Christmas Eve has been found dead, Manitoba RCMP say.
The body of 41-year-old Becky McIvor was found in a wooded area near the community 185 kilometres northwest of Manitoba Sunday afternoon, police said in an update.
McIvor had last been seen on Dec. 20 and had not contacted friends or family since, RCMP previously said. She was reported missing Dec. 24.
RCMP said the death is not suspicious, but the cause is still under investigation as they await autopsy results.
