A man is in custody following the discovery Friday of a missing 13-year-old Kentucky girl in a Silver Spring home, according to Montgomery County police. Christian Alexander Delgado, 37, is facing extradition to Kentucky where police have secured an arrest warrant charging him with kidnapping the girl, who went missing in October. [WJLA]
