Two men have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after thieves smashed through a brick wall to steal Pokémon cards worth an estimated £10,000 from a warehouse in Nottinghamshire.
Nottinghamshire Police said officers were alerted to alarms being set off at the storage warehouse in Aurillac Way, Retford, at about 01:00 GMT on Saturday.
Officers found thieves had cut through fencing and removed bricks to gain access to the collectable cards.
Using CCTV footage, police were able to track the van to a storage yard in South Yorkshire. Police said two men were “caught red-handed” moving the boxes of cards.
